If you are going to close your drive thru in [-] middle of [-] day, during hours when it is usually [-], you could at least put up a sign stating that it is closed, so that customers [-]'t waste their time sitting in [-] for way too [-], until someone inside passes by [-] window and tells whomever is waiting there that it is closed. And of course [-] customers that are waiting next in [-] have no idea that [-] drive thru is closed, so they sit and wait too. That is not good customer service.
At first I liked [-] bank, it was small and seemed to be more personal and worked together with [-] and [-] I wanted to set up [-] account. Until...one Saturday afternoon I went to [-] ATM outside of [-] branch and attempted to deposit [-] pay check. Ofcoursethe machine grabbed [-] check then a notice appeared on [-] screen saying something went wrong and [-] transaction wasn't successful. And wouldn't spit [-] check out. So it being [-] weekend and all, I couldn't [-] very much about it till Monday. Come Monday I couldn't deal w it so I went in Tues and they told [-] [-] documents inside ATM went out [-] day prior. So until it lands somewhere I am S.O L. They cannot give a timeline as to when
I [-] see [-] money and that I should have called right away. They [-] call [-] when it is located. What a load of [-]. I am switching banks as soon

Horrible customer service. I give this place no [-]. [-] manager is arrogant and has [-] understanding of [-] businesses work. I tried to [-] a CD in [-] holding company and I was interrogated as if I were a criminal. As a result, I have told [-] [-] and parents, who both have accounts here, to close [-] accounts. Tthis bank lost substantial assets as a result of their unprofessional manager [-] [-]. I felt as though this person did not have a firm understanding about [-]. [-] did [-] a favor. Thanks [-]. I invested in a startup in Silicon Valley where I'm from and made a killing in [-] [-] market.....

[-] yourself a favor, choose another location. You'll thank [-] for this review if you ever have to deal with THIS manager. I went in for a simple, I thought, request for a cashiers check. [-] story short, I got [-] check but not without this manager giving [-] a good LECTURE on their procedures, which could have been told to [-] FROM [-] TELLER I initially was trying to get it done with. It helps if [-] TELLER is trained well and can relay [-] procedures from [-] BEGINNING to [-] customer. That's a management problem. I unfortunately cannot read minds, nor [-] I work there, so I wouldn't know their policies. After several mistakes making out this check, which I relayed quite CLEARLY in [-] iniall request with [-] teller, I got irritated with [-] service. After being accused of being "hostile??? " toward [-] teller (you see, you must take it all with a smile) I had to apologize for [-] attitude. Of course they didn't apologize for all of THEIR mistakes, or their INEPT ability to LISTEN (you have to repeat yourself several times for them to GET IT), and inform their client without a huge hassle. That's what people [-] when they can't take responsibility for their own actions. They twist it and make YOU [-] bad [-]. Whew,...stay away from this one!!!! They get one [-] because I got [-] check, otherwise....[-].
I love [-] Bank of [-] West in [-], IA. I am greeted by name as I walk in [-] [-] (this took place within a few weeks of opening [-] account). [-] staff frequently check to make sure [-] husband and I have what we need and always encouraging as I build [-] [-]. [-] bank has [-] small town charm with [-] big bank services and muscle.
