This is [-] most dishonest bank I've ever worked with. You pay off a [-] and they still take payments form your banking account even thought [-] [-] is paid off. For over 3 1/2 weeks [-] reimbursement check is still in [-] [-]. Their customer service depart can give a proper or honest answer to your issue. Asking to speak to some in authority in [-] bank all you receive is a complete run around. Going to [-] State Attorney [-] and three U..S. Government organizations was [-] help. I was forced to notify [-] police department of theft of [-] money. All of [-] government organizations [-] that this was [-] only route I had in getting [-] money back. So I have made [-] complaint to [-] police and [-] have to wait to see if I ever get [-] money. I would not recommend that any [-] [-] with BMO [-] bank.

branch in [-] [-] is [-] worse, never return phone call, nothing is a priority, moving [-] money

Worst banking experience ever. Have been unable to gain [-] to [-] online services and funds for over three months. Have been repeatedly locked out of online funds and services by [-] bank's fraud section. Error is on bank's side. They cannot correct and are also unwilling to closeout [-] accounts and send [-] over $30,000 I have on deposit with them.
