Great experience with [-] A on [-] phone today
I did a mobile deposit and due to unforeseen circumstances [-] check was returned. I immediately did a Zelle transfer to bring [-] account current to find [-] account frozen for more than a week. I have been dealing with branch management for more than a week and no progress has been made. They [-] call backs and [-] not deliver. At this point I’m just closing [-] account and using another institution.
Key Bank is awful. I [-] calling their customer service department but no one seems to be able to help. I finally spoke with a human in [-] fraud department who "assured [-]" [-] issue would be resolved yet it still continues!! I am calling one last time, then I am reporting them to [-] FDIC, [-] States Attorney [-], and calling a lawyer. [-] not bank with Key Bank If you value your personal, confidential information. If you expect customer service, then run from Key Bank!!!
