Is anybody running this outfit?? I had a miserable time with [-] first funding of [-] PPP [-], and couldn't connect, despite several attempts and several calls to [-] "relationship manager" Jeromy (this is a [-]). [-] continued to tell [-] that I just had to press [-] [-], but that always sent [-] into a loop with [-] same resulting [-]. Finally after several calls, [-] got on [-] email with [-] to [-] that I truly was having a problem. [-] then referred to [-] as his "problem child". Eventually I got [-] [-]. Then [-] [-] forgiveness package was in place, only to be told by Jeromy that loans wouldn't be forgiven until [-] next round of loans was completed. I got a notice about [-] [-] loans on [-] 3, saying [-] applications would be closing [-] 7. I frantically called [-] number listed and was told by [-] agent, that [-] date was extended to [-] 31 and that a [-] [-] was being provided. When no [-] came by [-] 19, I phone and emailed Jeromy with questions about [-] second round applications and [-] forgiveness. No answer by [-] end of day [-] 20, so I got online on Saturday. That's when I discovered that Key had closed it's portal at 5 pm on [-] 20. I called a number online and confirmed. I cannot apply for [-] second round. Still no answer from Jeromy today. Thank God there is Umpqua Bank in [-] area. I realize that neither Jeromy, nor his boss, [-], or anyone in corporate [-] care if I switch to Umpqua Bank. By [-] way, [-] branch manager there told [-] that I was [-] third one to come in with similar complaints and switching to Umpqua. I'd switch if it wasn't so much trouble. If you are hoping for a [-] relationship, [-] SOMEWHERE [-]. I [-] know [-] local branch's phone so I can call there. But for most branches, there is only a dreadful [-] telling [-] I can leave a voice [-].
Wow what a disappointing experience!!!! Had a problem with not receiving 2020 interest statement for a commercial mortgage.
customer service and fraud is hard to get 3 days trying and still no answer
I took [-] 90 year old mother to key bank in water In Waterville [-] she want to buy $5000. In CDβs . She had spoken to a person there and told her what info she needed. When we arrived there were 3 people working and no one [-] as customers and was refused to take care of [-]. If that wasnβt enough [-] rudeness and in friendly employees there are horrible. It seems [-] bank doesnβt need her [-].
