Havertown branch has one miserable person she done talking and dismisses you like trash I have never had a problem getting g information from [-] own acct in writing it a legal problem has to be approve I not asking for anyone [-] acct but [-] own [-] [-] is [-] worst she has to be removed or I leave [-] bank this is [-] third run in and today it's [-] I never meat you before she delt with [-] many time<br />I going under cancer treatment and she [-] worst
Does not [-] advertised mailing to be rewarded for opening [-] account at their bank with direct deposits (not Honorable bank)
Awful customer experience make changes and [-] not notify [-] customer, when you call you are referred to a website you cannot [-] due to [-] changes not good.
They are horrible
Most INCONVENIENT bank [-] branch doesn’t answer [-] phone. We went down in person and there is a sign on [-] [-] that you cannot enter. [-] excuse I got earlier in [-] week was that [-] Hartford branch closed and Wethersfield had to absorb those customers. Why wasn’t [-] employees transferred to help out in Wethersfield?
