Poor. I have [-] mortgage with Flagstar. I changed [-] house insurance on Feb 1 2020 and they still have not paid [-] [-] premium from [-] escrow. I have called several times and gave them [-] [-] insurance info. [-] insurance company has sent [-] info to them twice that I know of [-] last time I called I was on hold for 15 minutes and then [-] rep [-] up on [-]. [-] old insurance company sent [-] a refund which I deposited into [-] escrow. Flags tar is still listing [-] old insurance company on [-] account. Not sure what [-] I can [-] to get this resolved. I [-] [-] [-] insurance doesn’t cancel [-] and I pray I [-]’t have [-] insurance incident. Wake up flag [-]. Take care of your customers
I've been trying for months, unsuccessfully to get [-] phone number changed from [-] wife's number to mine. Each time I call, I waste 15 minutes going through security questions, including being asked for [-] drivers license number. And when I try to send them a text from their online site, it won't let [-] enter a contact phone number and it won't accept [-] zip [-] which I gave had for over 35 years. Flagstar is playing in a big league [-], but still has minor league [-] members. Pathetic
Worst bank ever. Want them to force you into foreclosure through sheer incompetence? Bank here.
