Citizens Bank Of Pennsylvania

THIS BANK HAS GONE TO [-] mobile app not working, computer app not working, must verify each time which has become a [-] pain, and seldom responds, [-] is never sent.....after 20 years time for a [-] bank.....

Citizens has great online banking but once there is a mistake there is no correcting it. I've had three instances of fraud and it's like pulling teeth to get them to correct it. One of [-] instances of fraud hasn't been corrected in over 30 days. No one wants to [-] anything at this bank but sign you up for a [-] account or credit card.

Earlier today I had [-] experience with [-] teller and [-] bank manager at Ardmore/Haverford branch of Citizens Bank. On their website, I took 1 on their scale of 1 to 5 to rate [-] experience with them!<br />[-] only reason I rate it as 1 is that there is no negative numbers on this scale! [-] experience is not with their website! It is with [-] bank teller named [-] and [-] branch manager named [-] at [-] Ardmore, PA branch. Their problem is not lack of familiarity with [-] bank policies, or incompetence; their challenge is with TRUTHFULLNESS!<br />[-] told one lie after another in order to justify not taking [-] deposit at [-] branch. I went to [-] branch in King of Prussia and they took [-] deposit, with welcome smile and very polite!<br />I am putting [-] comment here as there is no other place on their website for complaints; and that [-] be [-] [-] reason why [-] likes of [-] and [-] behave like this! No accountability!?! If this is [-] case, then "[-] writing is on [-] wall"!
