Credit Card dispute denied 5 months later, NO COMMUNICATION from [-]. They reopened [-] account and placed [-] charges back on along with late fees, and other fees as well. I spent over 30 hours on [-] phone to find out fraud department miscoded [-] charges that I disputed. I was then tossed back and forth between [-] fraud and dispute department after 30 hours on [-] phone and numerous faxes sent to show evidence. I was told it was pointless as I was out of [-] date range however [-] chargesback where placed back on [-] account after [-] date range as well which wouldn't allow [-] to appeal.

Love [-] fraud alerts but if someone does take your money [-]'t expect a timely resolution. Been trying for 3 months to get back 3600.00 that [-] employees cashed out to a fraudulent customer ( using [-] name ). Employees not only cashed 4 checks in a matter of hours but [-] signatures that [-] "client" signed on [-] fraudulent checks was not even remotely close to [-] signature. [-] even gave them [-] account number because they had [-] SS # ... I'm done and about to hire [-] attorney
