Overall poor customer service

After PNC's acquisition of BBVA, their customer policies have changed for [-] worse. While I would like to continue to [-] [-] with them, I'm taking [-] [-] figure annual account to another bank. Loved BBVA. Hate PNC

Your computer site [-]. I have been trying to get to [-] accounts for 3 days. You used to be able to [-] Bank online then [-] sign in would come up and you could sign in. I cannot even get to a sign in spot. You have a site for mobile phone to get to account. I hardly use [-] cell phone and would not put [-] banking information on it. I want to pay [-] credit card [-] and check [-] checking. [-] [-] [-] [-] I [-] that with your stinking system.Your branch in Rehoboth is outstanding. [-] has helped with a few things since [-] husband has died.
