The Huntington National Bank

[-] Gahanna branch of Huntington Bank has [-] worst customer service. Customers stand around waiting for someone to help and [-]’t even get acknowledged. Would be nice to say, have a seat and I’ll be right with you. I usually bank online but I had to [-] in twice. [-] first time was to get a document notarized. I went to [-] cashier’s counter to ask who to [-] to. I was [-] only one there and I stood at [-] counter for 5 minutes while [-] cashiers socialized. Didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. I walked out and went to a non Huntington bank. [-] second time I needed a wire transfer. There was only one person working in [-] office and I stood 20 feet away waiting for her while she was on a personal phone call. When she eventually [-] up she left her office without saying a word. Just ignored [-]. She could have [-], have a seat and I’ll be right back. Nope…just ignored [-]. About 10- 15 minutes later when she came back I told her that I didn’t appreciate being treated like that and she couldn’t care less. Absolutely no customer service at this branch. Seemed annoyed that I was even there. Think I’m going to switch banks. <br /><br />

Months since being a victim of check washing and still waiting for [-] money that they gave away.
