citi policies and actions are lame, stupid and inadequate

It is so unsatisfied,
Claiming accounts and personal asset information to all other banks associated [-].
Citi Bank is [-] worst bank I've ever had. I was blocked out of online banling and they could not verify mem. They kept asking to trxt or call [-] on a verified number. I continued for weeks to give them [-] phone number that was on [-] account and had been there since account opening. And they would not verify [-] no otther way.. I could not and still can't [-] [-] account
