Truist In Severna Park, MD is horrible. The customer service is the absolute worst and includes management .

Bill pay systems
You changed a user-friendly bill pay system to a cumbersome more time consuming project. It wasn't broke why try to fix it. Please return it to the previous system that allowed a view of each recipient, the date and amount of previous payments, ability to schedule the next payment for every one on the list at one time. Not anymore. Please put it back to a user-friendly system that you eliminated. The local truist bank gets a 5 star. corporate 1
I have had a credit card with Truist for years. A week ago my card got hacked. They cancelled it and mailed me a new one. Before i even got the new one there were new charges on it. I called and they cancelled the new one. By later in the day there were more charges on it and i did not even activate the new card because i just got it and that card was suppose to be cancelled also and another new one mailed. This sounds impossible but this it what i am going thru now. They are mailing me another new card. <br />
