<br /><br />Yesterday, 3/17/25, about 4:45pm, I was served by Jacob Creeck out of North Carolina. It was one of the most professional and service oriented / honoring experiences of my life with a customer service agent. <br /><br />He went the extra mile and then some to help me. <br /><br />I sincerely appreciate him and his service.<br /><br />Thank you for having such a person on your staff.<br />
On Jan. 2 I deposited an $89 check from my former employer, the phone company Verizon. As of Jan. 22, 2025, it has NOT been made available to me to withdraw and spend. About a week ago, I talked to a Customer Service Rep who said it's on hold waiting for verification. But I'm called Verizon on 1/22/25 and was told TRUIST cashed the check in 1/3. As far as I'm concerned, TRUIST has stolen that $89 and will be reported to the WV Attorney General and any other appropriate agency.
I am a customer with 3 accounts (1 business) 2 personal and a Money Market account. I cannot believe how you have changed BillPay. you cannot print a receipt, the note section is gone. It is absolutely ridiculous. If you do not restore it the way it was I will be cancelling all my accounts,and encouraging others I know to do the same. I was with SunTrust for many years and they never screwed up the accounts the way you have. I spoke to someone by phone and they were supposed to have someone call me but that never happened. Lousy customer service. Tells lies and will not give necessary information to me about my account.
Bank refused to follow instructions pursuant to Power of Attorney to add a payable on death to my father's account. As a result, after he died I had to incur $3,000 in attorney's fees to probate his estate which would have been unnecessary if they had complied with Florida law. Attempts to resolve have been unsuccessful as the Bank claims that they had unilateral right to refuse instructions pursuant to a valid POA and that I am obligated to indemnify them for their negligence. Have tried to speak to higher ups but cannot find any telephone numbers.
