In XX/XX/year> I stayed at an XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I paid using the payment plan company XXXX. I used the entire XXXX stay, but on the morning I was leaving I found XXXX on the XXXX I was XXXX XXXX and requested a refund from XXXX who denied me. Because I felt that XXXX violated their terms and conditions I initiated a dispute for the amount that I paid. The first dispute was for the original payment I made to XXXX for roughly {$98.00}. While waiting for a decision on this dispute. I continued to make my agreed upon payments to XXXX. As well as continue to communicate with XXXX requesting a full refund. This dispute for {$98.00} was approved. I then initiated a dispute for the final 3 payments that I made while waiting for the resolution. This dispute was for a total of {$380.00}. Visa denied this additional dispute and Wells Fargo took the money from my account on XX/XX/year>.
Before I received information that Visa made a decision regarding my secondary dispute, XXXX finally agreed to provide me with a full refund for the stay. This was XX/XX/year>. I believed at the time that every would be fine and my funds would be finalized in my account.
On XX/XX/year> I reach out to Wells Fargo, who told me to reach out to XXXX who told me to reach out to XXXX. XXXX provided receipts with confirmation numbers showing they sent the money back to XXXX on XX/XX/year>. XXXX alleges that on XX/XX/year> they sent 3 transactions totaling {$380.00} to Wells Fargo in response to the transaction disputes I initiated. I asked XXXX to provide me with a receipt with a confirmation number or transaction number. I was informed by XXXX representatives that they do not provide or have that any receipt or confirmation to provide. Wells Fargo informed me that they did not receive any funds from XXXX in relation to the transaction dispute.
XXXX says they will not provide a refund as they already returned the money during the transaction process. I provided all the information to Wells Fargo and they have stated multiple times that there is nothing they can or will do to further assist me in this matter.

Inaccurate credit reports directly impair the efficiency of the banking system, and unfair credit reporting methods undermine the public confidence which is essential to the continued functioning of the banking system.
So whenever there is a violation under the FCRA, it impairs the efficiency of the banking system. This is a violation of TILA US Code 1666B since I was never late.
I recently reviewed my consumer report and noticed an incorrect late payment record on my XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have always maintained timely payments on this account. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act ( FCBA ) and the Truth in Lending Act ( TILA ), creditors are required to accurately report consumer transactions and provide a mechanism for correcting errors in a timely manner. Please conduct an investigation into this matter, and if you can not provide documentary evidence of these supposed late payments, I demand these payments to be updated to on time as they should be as I was NEVER late. I expect these updates to be made promptly, in compliance with the law.

On XX/XX/year>, I went to the Wells Fargo at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I had {$490000.00} in cash. XXXX stacks of {$10000.00}. I went to deposit it. They did not handle it correctly according to their own standards. Instead of taking me to a backroom with at least XXXX bankers, they made me do the transaction at the window in the lobby with XXXX teller. She instructed me to give her the bags they were in. I gave her at first XXXX clear plastic bags, each containing XXXX stacks of {$10000.00}. She emptied the bags, cut the bands off the stacks put the cash through the counter and put new bands on the stacks. She handed me the empty plastic bags. I asked how much was there. She snapped back, " I have to count all of it to get the total! '' She hand gestured at me to give her the rest. I then gave her XXXX zippered bank bags each with XXXX stacks of {$10000.00} each. I then see her take a tray of stacks to the backroom. I could hear her behind the plexiglass saying to her collages, " we're keeping what was in the plastic bags ''. I also called the corporate office as well. On XX/XX/XXXX, I get a letter stating that they found that the deposit was handled properly and that I should consider the claim closed. I met with the XXXX of the branch a few weeks later and the first statement she said was, " you have to get a subpoena to get the video. '' I told what happened to bankers at the XXXX XXXX XXXX Wells Fargo branch that I had been going to for years in XXXX. I get called from XXXX in the XXXX XXXX XXXX Wells Fargo and I told her what happened. She sends me an email a week later telling me that their decision remains the same. I have filed a complaint with the FBI but have not heard back from them. in total I believe {$140000.00} was stolen from me.

I had a fraud case through XXXX XXXX and Wells Fargo and XXXX banking deposits I didnt make and I have to checks sent to me through Wells Fargo that I didnt make. And they had me take them to another bank to determine if they were fake which I already knew they were. I also have every bank statement and pictures. And they even stated over the phone the atm deposits were made in another state. I only had employment from XXXX and XXXX XXXX and there was a charge for XX/XX/XXXX using tap pay in XXXX, GA XXXX using tap pay for {$260.00}. I tried to insert all the pictures and documents my savings has a negative balance as well. They tried to say I used the mobile banking but on the checks none of them have a signature

Last year, I had a checking account with Wells Fargo Bank, and I was provided a check from a client, who i had listed a property for. I proceeded to use the mobile deposit, and waited for the check to clear. The client was ALSO a Wells Fargo client and the check provided was a Wells Fargo Check, a few days later, i come to discover my account is in a negative {$1500.00} balance. I saw online that the checked was returned and I immediately thought it was due to lack of funds from the check writer, when in fact it was simply because I had not ENDORSED the check. I went and told the check writer the scenario and he assured me that he did have the funds and proceeded to give me another check. He advised me to deposit the checks, and whichever one will go through will be the one credited, and IF both checks are credit, i would simply return the additional money from the additional check back to him. Wells Fargo, then credited the checks, then immediately withdrew the whole amount AGAIN and told me that they were going to close my account FOR FORGERY. I went into a branch, spoke with a representative on the phone for over 2 hours with a live rep in the XXXX branch, where they even had a CALL WITH THE CHECKWRITER HIMSELF to confirm he in fact wrote both checks, and he confirmed it on the speaker phone and conference call while i was sitting at the branch. They corrected my balance and said everything was fine and I even got the letter in the mail in XXXX well after they had advised me they were closing my account for fraud / forgery. Wells Fargo then accused me of FRAUD AND CHECK CASHING FRAUD AGAIN for the second time, after i spent all that time with them at the branch and after they had concluded the matter, I have now multiple warnings and derogatory information on my credit and depository profile, from XXXX and XXXX XXXX for these erroneous and unbacked claims that ive conducted fraud. I cant open a checking account anywhere after having a checking account and multiple accounts, with multiple financial institutions. I have to pay exorbitant fees now to cash my checks and pay fees for transfers to XXXX and whatever means I'm able to get some form of banking. I suspect that this was highly discriminatory due to the spelling of my last name, ending in a XXXX thus allowing bank officials to make premature biases of criminal and fraudulent activities, due to me being an XXXX American, and Id like a full investigation into this matter

I filed an Identity Theft Claim with Wells Fargo recently, and I advised that all account 's that were opened. Loan Accounts, ALL Bank Accounts, and All Credit Card account 's were and are fraudulent. These accounts were opened during the Wells Fargo new account opening scam that the CFPB Previously fined Wells Fargo for. Originally Wells Fargo told me that I was not responsible for the account 's and the accounts were opened from an Identity Thief using information stolen from me. I did not receive any cards, and I did not receive any monetary benefits from these accounts. The Credit Card Account ending in XXXX Wells Fargo sent a letter to me telling me they reviewed the disputed transactions and determined I did authorize the account. Which is false, because when I asked for proof of transactions majority of the transactions are OD Transfers to a Checking account I never opened. I did not make a single purchase using this card, and I was not disputing transactions on the card. I am disputing the entire account application. As I never applied for the account, and I did not receive any cards. Wells Fargo sent it to a address XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX TX which has never been my address but on the letter they sent originally they sent it to that address. Clearly that is a fraudsters address but besides that I never applied for that account and that clear as day does not match my drivers license. Wells Fargo needs to close all account 's. I have never once applied for any credit with Wells Fargo, and I have not opened a single Checking or savings account with Wells Fargo these accounts are ALL identity theft. Fraudulent. On or around XXXX Wells Fargo stole my tax refund and deposited it into XXXX of the fraudulent accounts ending in XXXX. The amount of the transaction was {$12000.00} I also advised this to Wells Fargo but Wells Fargo advised in their letter that I can't file a claim for that because the account is fraudulent and instead I should contact the IRS. I contacted the IRS But the IRS Says that since the refund was STOLEN, and Direct Deposited into this fraudulent account that by law I need to contact Wells Fargo and advise them to Return the refund, Debiting this fraudulent account for a Tax refund that was not owed to this identity thief. Wells Fargo must return the Direct Deposit back to the IRS, so that I can obtain credit for my Tax Refund that is due to me. Wells Fargo was not given my permission to direct deposit my XXXX XXXX into anyones account at anytime. The checking account was opened from an identity thief and imposter. The account is fraudulent and was fraudulently opened. Therefore Wells Fargo by law must return erroneous refunds. At this time Wells Fargo still has not returned my funds. The IRS is waiting for Wells Fargo to return the XXXX Treasury Check for {$12000.00} I have attached an identity theft affidavit and at this time Wells Fargo for XXXX did not close all of the credit card accounts. For XXXX Wells Fargo has an obligation to CLOSE ALL Checking and Savings Accounts I have never been a Wells Fargo XXXX. I am a victim of Identity theft. Wells Fargo XXXX also return the IRS Treasury Check they are not entitled to.
