I had a Checking account with Chase Bank- Someone hacked into my account and made about 23 false claims. Once the claims were placed Chase without question reversed all the payments, which increased my bank account balance. The hackers then took the money out of the bank account through my XXXX XXXX account, which is linked to my bank, which they also hacked into and sent the money to about 5 people.
Chase told me they were not responsible and to talk to XXXXXXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX denied my claim for no good reason but because it looks like i made the transactions. But it was my account so of course it looks that way.
I feel chase is responsible for this because it started with my bank account. How is any random person able to make false claims on monthly payments that I make to, Rent, Car payment, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, credit card payments. Chase said claims can go back as far as 2 years. Thats ridiculous! They need a better system especially on claims for monthly payments- these should be flagged immediately. the total of this money was about {$13000.00}. I now had to pay back all my creditors this money which i do not have. I am not in a financial hardship. Its hard enough being a single mom and now this!!!

I opened a Chase Freedom Unlimited Card in XXXX of 2024 as the promotion on their website says Earn a {$200.00} bonus after you spend {$500.00} on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening. I spent the {$500.00} the first month I opened it and have been patiently waiting for my {$200.00} bonus to kick in. I called them today, XX/XX/year> and the representative informed me that when I signed up, they didnt have that promotion going on. The rep talked to the supervisor and they both claimed that they didnt have it at that time.
I, myself, own multiple credit cards with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am financially responsible, will only open a new credit card if there was a promotion for it. My point being is I wouldnt have opened this Chase Freedom Unlimited if they didnt have the bonus offer, but they did have that offer that same day I applied and got approved XX/XX/year>.
This is false advertising, very misleading information to ultimately scam users into signing up for their credit card with nothing in return.

I had to pay out of pocket for a benefit that was supposed to be included in my credit card. I call the customer service and they said there were changes. However, I never received any notification about changes to these perks, as you can see from the attached Letters and notice for XXXX. A bank agent mentioned that this change was communicated through an account statement, but this is misleading since account statements are meant for financial details and payment deadlines, not to hide changes to card benefits in fine print. I am requesting a refund in credit card or compensation for the same amount.

Hi this is XXXX XXXX, On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX, I went to the chase bank ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, IL ), I want to deposit money at this bank 's ATM. Before I deposited money, there was nothing wrong on the ATM screen. It showed that everything was normal. Then I started to deposit money. I put my XXXX XXXX dollars in. I waited for about thirty seconds and the machine issued a receipt, but my money did not appear in my account. As the atm shows there is a problem. Then I started calling customer service ( XXXX ), but the Chase staff kept dragging me away and wouldn't give me money. I am writing to file a complaint against Chase Bank regarding a missing international wire transfer of approximately {$38000.00} USD that was sent to my Chase account.
Details of the Issue : On XX/XX/XXXX, a global payment was initiated to my Chase account. The sending bank confirmed that the funds were successfully sent to Chase on XX/XX/XXXX. They provided a transaction number ( XXXX ) for tracking the payment and confirmed that the account number provided was correct.
Despite this, it has been over two weeks, and I have not received the funds in my Chase account. I have contacted Chase Bank over five times regarding this issue, seeking assistance and clarification on the whereabouts of my funds. Unfortunately, I have not received any helpful information or resolution from Chase. In fact, during one of my attempts to resolve this, my call was abruptly disconnected by a Chase representative.
