Between XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX, XXXX, I made online donations to XXXX charitable organizations in the total amount of {$720.00}. When the Citibank credit card statement came, names and dollar amounts of these transaction were correct.
XX/XX/XXXX, getting ready for tax preparation. I looked at the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX receipt for year, the XX/XX/XXXX gift was not included. I called XXXX. They had not received the money. I called all XXXX. All confirmed they did not receive the donations. I called the number on credit card. Was told to call and file claim. Which I did.
XX/XX/XXXX. I received letter asking for a list of merchants names, dates, and dollar amounts which I sent XX/XX/XXXX. I received a letter saying too much time has passed since billing date.., and I need to contact merchants directly. Which I did. This is the second time merchants confirmed the donations.
XX/XX/XXXX. Citibank sent a letter for each merchant saying they needed a valid credit slip. There are none. I gave on line where you dont necessarily get one and merchants never received the money so they didnt issue receipts.
XX/XX/XXXX. Citibank sent blank forms on each merchant asking for information about my contacts with merchants. I completed forms and mailed them overnight to bank.
This has been going on for five months now. Ive done everything Citibank employees have asked of me. The fact remains : Citibank misappropriated my money. They also did not disburse funds as directed. This is a bank error.

Inaccurate credit reports directly impair the efficiency of the banking system, and unfair credit reporting methods undermine the public confidence which is essential to the continued functioning of the banking system.
So whenever there is a violation under the FCRA, it impairs the efficiency of the banking system. This is a violation of TILA US Code 1666B since I was never late.
I recently reviewed my consumer report and noticed an incorrect late payment record on my XXXX XXXX. I have always maintained timely payments on this account. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act ( FCBA ) and the Truth in Lending Act ( TILA ), creditors are required to accurately report consumer transactions and provide a mechanism for correcting errors in a timely manner. Please conduct an investigation into this matter, and if you can not provide documentary evidence of these supposed late payments, I demand these payments to be updated to on time as they should be as I was NEVER late. I expect these updates to be made promptly, in compliance with the law.

In addition to this payment, I had also purchased {$4000.00} worth of tiles separately for the project. The contractor requested the full payment upfront, which I provided. However, they failed to deliver the agreed-upon services and caused substantial damage to the bathroom wall during the process. This damage required me to hire another company to remediate it, incurring additional costs.

I opened my citi bank account on Tuesday XX/XX/year> online without any problem. I created the online username and password and everything worked as normal. I had deposited a {$37.00} check that I had and it cleared and everything. I did nothing wrong.. The following day Wednesday XX/XX/year> I enrolled in XXXX and and didnt have any problem with that as well my account was funded from the mobile check deposit and everything was fine. I would even log into the account to make sure everything was fine. I received a XXXX payment at around XXXX XXXX that same day for about {$460.00} now my account has {$490.00} but still no problems with closure or anything. So a couple hours passed and around XXXX XXXX the same day I checked my account because I was going to XXXX to my fiance because we needed to pay bills and I didnt have a card for the account yet to get the money off since its only been open for a day and a half. It when I login its asking for verification. Stating that a pin was changed or something on my online has changed which is a TOTAL LIE! How the heck could I have change a pin to a debit card that I NEVER received. And now I cant even login to my account because I dont have the card or card number thats needed to verify!!! I need my money its literally the end and beginning of a new month so bills are due! Thats almost {$500.00} thats stuck on my account!!! So I called and tried to figure out what was going on and they kept transferring me and giving me new numbers to call! I was told by the agent that my account was going to be closed! And that I have to wait until the account is closed and I have to wait until they mail a check! I CANT WAIT THAT LONG! I need my money right now! Its so weird that as soon as I get money in my account all of a sudden I need to verify. They are falsely closing my account! I did nothing wrong! I want my money! This is going to put me behind on rent! And other bills is causing a huge financial burden for me Im literally unable to eat or do anything without that money! I don't have such a card. If I try to call back the number to tell them to stop contacting me, it goes to an automated system that asks me for card digits or social security number of the cardholder. I am not able to provide any of this information, as I am not a cardholder!

I was charged for this purchase by the merchant but had never received any funds to the card and the card was never activated. I haven't received any product from this merchant that I was supposed to get. The credit card company claims the merchant responded and gave me the gift cards, except there is no funds added to the gift card and the merchant took my money without giving me what I had purchased. Any and all forms of your power of attorney have been removed. This account is supposed to be in billing error status. Several negotiable instruments have also been sent in order to settle the account. Several notices have been sent to your office and indentured trustee at XXXX XXXX. You have received XXXX from myself and the IRS. Instead of honoring the billing error status and honoring the request that funds owed to the noteholder are returned, you instead took actions to close the account and suspend spending abilities. Thats considered adverse action and is unlawful.
Several registered securities ( negotiable instruments ) have been sent to the indenture trustee and your office. Those securities were kept and not returned. However, my account was not credited. Thats considered mail fraud, security fraud, theft, and unjust enrichment and shall be reported to the proper authorities if I do not receive remedy immediately.

They then used my credentials to pull money from the treasury using their clearinghouse and those funds were then returned to an account they opened up in my name. The money was created out of thin air and there were no withdrawals from their account at any time. Furthermore, youre using my application and account to sell and make a profit. I gave you valuable consideration and you provided nothing in return. You also didnt buy the note from me, but strangely youre trying to take my money then make me pay you back on money that you stole from XXXX.
