Oh [-] God I just wenthru [-] drive thru in altus brNch,bank ozk yall are not keeping g up [-] standerds????? I just got waited on with a girl with a nose ring, it looked like one that hogs wear ik ow most everyone wears them but not in banking??? I would be so embarrassed if that was [-] company!!!

What I would love to say is why in [-] world can't y'all bring a stand alone ATM to Temple ga we been banking for years with [-] bank our town doesn't even have a bank for [-] citizens.

this bank is [-] most difficult log in system I have ever dealt with!! Virtually everytime I log in I have to change [-] password

I have for at least 5 yrs or more. And I have almost never had a complaint about anything to [-] with Bank OZK, until now. I drawl and I can't understand [-] [-] bank ,[-] people who work in [-] one I always called "[-] bank" did nothing knowing [-] check I had was not good. I deposited it they hold on it and charged [-] 235 $ for one thing they could have warned [-] about.Not even 800 is hard to live and to [-] this is unbelievable,and just proves a few otherscases that warned [-] about [-] bank!! I really like [-] bank in Lonoke and drove a good ways to [-] going to it and stayed this [-].

This this bank is [-] worst bank I have ever chose to [-] with after [-] 6 card I think I have found only learn [-] lesson does somebody is stealing [-] money and telling [-] that I have overdraft protection when clearly I [-] not I never signed up for it they won't show [-] proof I'm sorry this is [-] Greensboro area I [-]'t no money anymore because they have taken every dime that I have!

ID has been stolen 5 times since I opened [-] account ,I barrowed 75k paid back early because of divorce ,then I had a accident to where a distracted driver ran over [-] on [-] motorcycle,3 [-] in hospital ,I called [-] bank twice a week to explain . Never got to talk to anyone ,then after 30 days [-] closed [-] account for inactivity charge 250 dollars for deposit box , plus [-] money in [-] deposit box . With [-] bed ridden this is not very costumer friendly is it ?? So they put 500 dollars on [-] account for overdraft Wich is fine , however if they would have called [-] back this could of been avoided 😡 I've been in and out now 250 dollars for [-] lockbox that I have [-] [-] for but because of [-] loss of [-] leg and no work, and [-] [-] that ran [-] over very little insurance ,[-] OZK falls in to [-] category of NOT customer friendy no loyalty what so ever . [-] life has been stolen from [-] and OZK could actually care less .😠😩
