Prosperity Bank

Wanted to increase the amount I can withdraw from a teller machine. Was told at the branch that they could not do more than $600.And was told every bank has that maximum. Daughters two banks she has is not limited to 600.

This bank steals your money and lies to you. Never bank with them..EVER...They have stolen [-] late brother's money and refuses to release it. Every time I fill out [-] paperwork they give [-] I am told there are more and more forms and they are "never done right". This is [-] as [-] point person CONFIRMED [-] first set of paperwork was done correctly and that was all that had to be filled out. Liars and thieves. Stay as [-] away from these people as possible.

Prosperity has unmotivated customer service assistance and extremely bad communication. There is nothing positive about this bank.

I opened a [-] account with Prosperity Bank, a few hundred thousand deposited. [-] parents are moving close to us, she is 91 and [-] is 96. [-] is a 30 retired Navy Captain and one of [-] founders of [-] Navy Seals. They needed one signature for [-] VA notarized so I called [-] bank, Prosperity. They told [-] no because [-] parents weren't a customer, I spoke with [-] bank manager and [-] told [-] [-] same thing. I [-] I'm a customer and they are [-] parents. They still [-] no. So I [-] be closing [-] account and moving [-] money to Citizens bank.

I needed a [-] banking account, I saw Prosperity Bank on [-] way home from driving to other banks so I decided to [-] [-] [-] account with Prosperity and I'm so [-] I did, customer service by [-] Santas was a great experience I enjoyed talking with him and [-] is very knowledgable about what they can offer [-] as a small [-] owner, Mr. Santas is a wonderful employee I'm so proud to have him as [-] [-] banker his performance was exceptional got [-] in and got [-] out. [-] deserves a raise!

they have recently taken over [-] bank, Legacy Texas and their online banking and customer service is run by morons.

Since they have aqired LegacyTexas I have not been able to get to [-] money , I feel as though they have stolen [-] money and I [-] be hiring a lawyer for mental anguish!

Was a Legacy Bank customer for 25 years. Prosperity Bank purchased Legacy and [-] transition on [-] weekend of 06/05/2020 to 06/08/2020 is [-] biggest fiasco you could ever be involved in I [-] be finding another bank to use because after trying for more than 2 and 1/2 hours to get a customer service rep and [-] calls being dropped or ended more than 25 times this bank can't handle [-] transition. I am extremely disappointed and it would take [-] bank a lot to regain any credibility with [-]. [-] family and I have multiple accounts and all of us think that there are better alternatives to Prosperity in [-] [-] area.

I can never get through to speak someone on [-] phone. I dial "o" but it keeps [-] on hold forever. I have even called [-] bank directly and if you get placed on hold it takes forever. This corporation needs to give better custome service.

This bank took a check made out to [-] [-] that I intended to deposit and split it up. But they [-] was going to be a hold on [-] check. Yet they took $200 from this check that was supposedly on hold for 2 days I am now on day 3 with no [-] to [-] money!
So it's ok if they take from a check but I cant. I have called corporate several times, customer service is horrible! I have argued at [-] branch location where [-] manager is totally rude with a better than thou attitude!! I have told them I wanted [-] check back and [-] accounts closed. Well they [-] [-] right to even close [-] accounts! This bank is absolute Garbage!!
Call corporate all you get is [-] run around! They [-] take your phone number and tell you that someone is going to call you back shortly. Is now day 3.. I have yet to speak to anyone other than [-] whatever she is at [-] branch.. I cant have [-] Check back which is for a customer's material for a [-]. I can't withdraw money or [-] it in any way whatsoever.. [-] Check was made out to [-] company they split it up and took part of it to cover nsf fees in [-] personal account that they caused by not posting [-] deposit.. If a check is being held [-] check should be held!! Not part of it!! I have [-] attorney looking at this now. They cannot interfere with a [-] check for personal stuff. I am going to push this all [-] way! I [-] [-] to [-] or whatever needs to happen to stop this [-].. Then to tell [-] I cant close [-] accounts??Worst customer service I have ever ever experienced from a bank! Not just at [-] branch location but corporate as well.. This bank is trash all. [-] way to [-] corporate office! I want [-] [-] money and [-] accounts closed today!! [-] customer wants them to pay for her going with [-] use of her kitchen as a result. TRASH! I expect this to [-] to [-]. They stole from [-] company and I have no [-] to any funds at all. Bank somewhere [-]!! I'm in [-] TX. By [-] way

Have a father in dimenished capacity that APS removed from Residence with [-] half brother. I have been put in guardianship with State Of Texas by judge in Kaufman County. [-] legal department okayed account by Branch Manager at [-] [-] location refused to [-] account. In doing so [-] father with dimentia [-] be kicked out of nursing home without this QIT account. This branch has terrible customer service. Please thoroughly check Prosperity Bank before opening accounts.
