Mechanics Bank

I can't get online to my bank on my cell phone

I closed [-] account with Mechanics Bank [-] first week of [-]. [-] account had a large balance in it. I was told it would be mailed in a few days. Then, a week later I was told it had been mailed. Today, after two weeks, I have been told that [-] check still has not been cut yet. It is [-] MONEY, why [-] they refuse to return it to [-]? I was a good customer for many years, why are they treating [-] this way? I moved out of state and cannot continue with Mechanics Bank. I have been lied to multiple times, being told that [-] check had been cut and had been mailed. I am a [-] person, with a [-]-life hardship, and no one at Mechanics Bank seems to care. No one can tell [-] why I am being treated this way, and why they are r3efusing to return to [-] [-] large balance I had left in [-] account when I closed it.

Unabl to get a [-] Supervisor to call [-]. I have left multiple messages, spoken to very friendly Customer Service Representatives that cannot help [-]. They have given [-] names and numbers to call (No answer on those numbers) Told a supervisor would call on more than one occasion, and still nothing. I even went in to [-] local branch, spoke to [-] manager, no one can help [-] there either. Seems to be a bank that does not want [-] [-]....

I have unfortunately had to close [-] account at [-] [-], CA branch since moving to Livermore, CA. Please let [-] CEO know there is a prime location for a branch in Livermore located at 2484 2nd Street, Livermore, CA 94550. Bank of [-] West has vacated this corner property and it has spacious parking and banking facilities already on site. Bring [-] home Mechanics!

It went from 5 [-] service when it was Rabo to [-] point [-] service when it went to Mechanics. What a [-] their customer service is. I had to cancel [-] debit card, and could not [-] it on [-] phone as customer service would not [-] up for 45 minutes. I went to [-] branch and they cut it up. They did not order [-] a [-] one as Mechanics was sending out "their" card. 2 weeks later, it had [-] same number on it and once again, I could not get through to their number. Oh I did get through to [-] credit card number and then they transfered [-] back to [-] Bank. I finally got through after 2 hours on [-] phone. At one point I had [-] branch on [-] other phone. [-] gal [-] up on [-]! 10 days later I got a call. Meantime I transferred [-] money into a [-] bank, with a minimum left. Here I have been a customer since 2009! Goodbye Mechanics, you lost a loyal customer!
