Difficult to get answers from, numerous mistakes made on [-] account at various times over [-] years, major breach in their "fraud protection" that cost [-] thousands. They [-] not admit to their mistakes or shortcomings.

Stranded in [-] your customer service phones [-]’t answer for hours turn [-] card on and off daily only let [-] [-] a couple odd online transactions [-] month did not properly change address from Wyoming I sent two letters to update info before receiving [-] [-] card to salt [-] [-] updated address contactless card still mailed to Wyoming [-] Correa bank manager Honolulu never return calls gave official bank statements gets [-] stranded at restaurants when I need to be served takes three hours to get through sometimes says invalid card

Ive been on hold for 1.5 hours trying to get a debit card. Horrible. After mine expired in.Sept. they claim they kerp sending card which i.never receive. Went to.branch asked fir it tonbe FedEx'd 2x. Still no catd since [-]. Im going to corporate office and makingg a scene. Ive had it with [-] neptitude.
