[-] online [-] got locked. I had to call customer support to try to get [-] online [-] back. They only way to [-] that is to have a [-] texted to you but I lost [-] cellphone. Apparently, [-] only other option was to [-] to a local branch but there ARE no branches near [-]. They [-]'t seem to be able to email [-] a [-], verify that it's [-] by [-] security questions, or ANY of [-] other methods that other companies use. So, now I have NO [-] to [-] money and NO way to contact anyone than their TOTALLY USELESS customer service. If I could give BBVA a negative [-] rating I would. This is ridiculous.

[-] answered [-] questions about renaming [-] bank. changes to account and routing numbers, direct deposits, personal checks. She was very polite and helpful. I've been with this bank since 1986.

I have a CD with BBVA online. It matured 9 days ago. I have called their customer service department multiple times to redeem this CD to no avail. Have always been connected to a rep with minimal English skills. So I either have a difficult time understanding what's being [-] to [-], or [-] rep puts [-] on hold repeatably, then eventually hangs up on [-]. [-] [-] period for this CD ends TOMMORROW! I want a check mailed to [-] NOW!

They [-] losing [-] [-] payments and then marking [-] account delinquent.

After nearly 50 years as a customer. I have NO INTENTION of weathering [-] BBVA/PNC transition. I have already begun [-] process of closing ALL BBVA associated accounts.

WHY YOUR STAFF AT [-] LOCAL BBVA IN COZUMEL, MEXICO OR YOUR STAFF ON YOUR BBVA FACEBOOK [-] [-] NOT ABLE TO ANSWER THIS SIMPLE QUESTION : DOES BBVA IN MEXICO BELONG TO NACHA ( NACHA ([-] Automated Clearing House Association).?? yes or no??? SECOND QUESTION: WHY IS THIS SUCH A MYSTERY? EITHER YOU BELONG OR YOU [-] NOT!!!!

BBVA [-] is prejudice and misleading to indigent African American Customers.

Call center in Columbia is a travesty. Can't understand them

This bank (Grapevine Tx Branch) [-] deposited a 20,500 dollar check and now [-] issuing bank pulled [-] funds [-] to a "duplicate check" [-] flag. When trying to get this resolved through [-] BBVA branch manager and head teller I was basically told that I'm on [-] own and nothing they [-] [-]. I have had 20,500 dollars of [-] retirement stolen from [-] by this bank.

Horrible customer service I cannot wait until I can pull [-] money from this account

Your bank sent $27000.00 of [-] money in a wire transfer to [-] other bank it goes to here in [-] US to make sure it isn't someone being scammed to a country like Bangkok but when we realized and went back to [-] bank and they messaged [-] other bank not to send [-] money but, that it was fraudulent but within [-] hour [-] money had already been sent to Bangkok which is [-] flagged. So it seems to [-] that you have someone working in that department that is in on [-] whole thing and sends them out as [-] as they can.

As of [-] 2020 I am totally confused on [-] Online banking transaction [-], they have paid , pending all mixed together no one setting [-] match [-] Posted/Pending/ available balance. Fiasco, 6 calls to customers and they didnt know [-] to set it. Unfortnately after 20 yrs I [-] move [-] 3 accounts to Wells Fargo out of desparation. Is this [-] [-] way to build NFS charges to their customers ? [-] it so Unaccountable and in order you cant tell what is available ?

Horrible experience refused to let [-] put [-] [-] on [-] safe deposit account given [-] run around about getting in [-] box lied to repeatedly told to bring $150 to [-] bank to get in [-] box they take $150 off [-] sons card apply 50 to [-] account then give [-] 100 back and tell [-] to come back then take [-] 100 back take another 50 to pay a locksmith no set policy and unfriendly and out right rude service Lumberton tx branch bbvd is [-] worst banking experience

Poor Customer Service No Help

I would never recommend BBVS Compass. Their policies [-] not take into consideration of their customers. They are out for themselves completely. I had $600 worth of charges on [-] account from Korea. Several customers were affected by [-] same occurrence. It took 10 days to get a provisional credit for [-] charges. They allowed [-] account (that doesn’t have overdraft coverage) to [-] negative $285. They [-] not allow [-] to overdraft by $1. They let someone in Korea overdraft [-] by $285. I calculated $260 in overdraft fees associated with this. They tell [-] I [-] not get those fees back for 90 days. What type of company let’s someone take money from you illegally and then let’s it affect you for over 90 days. While I have talked to several people about this when I’m on hold [-] recording tells [-] [-] good they are at stopping fraudulent charges. Anyway. [-] NOT USE THEM. THEY [-] NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!
