Bank of the Sierra

Very Bad. Odell Movers; stole $115.00 from [-] using [-] Ap (I am not a member). [-] Ap lied to [-] bank stating I was a [-] Ap Member, when I am not! Yet [-] Ap states to [-] I am not a member and they [-] not speak to [-], but protects [-] thief and their Identity. [-] bank finds in favor for [-] theif stating they have no proof that [-] poor theif did not perform a service for that $115.00 and releases it back to [-] Ap who distributes it!!!. That is [-] bank!!!

I only have [-] one [-] because it wouldn’t let [-] write this without at
least one [-], but they [-]’t deserve it! Just today I had a client closing on a teal estate purchase in Oklahoma , she had a cashiers check from this bank which was proceeds from [-] sale of her California property that was handled by a local lawyer. Thinking it would be guaranteed funds she then drove back to Oklahoma just in time to make her closing on [-] property she was purchasing. At [-] closing [-] title company tried to verify [-] funds and that’s where it all started to unravel! This bank [-] not verify funds over [-] phone! So they [-] they would take a request via fax, but [-] results could not be faxed back! [-] results would have to be MAILED!!! WTF kind of banking institution is this! I [-]’t recommend that anyone uses this bank for any reason ever!! Their managers won’t even answer your call, everything gets routed to a call center!!!
