MUFG Union Bank, National Association

Worst bank ever. I mobile deposited [-] paycheck and 4 months later Union Bank took [-] money out of [-] account saying someone [-] cashed it at a credit union somewhat recently. Now union bank won’t file a fraud case so I have to fire [-] attorney to [-] [-] own bank

I have tried for over 2 months now to find out why Union Bank paid 2 $250 fraudulent charges from [-] account, and they still cannot tell [-] why and what it was. [-] a close watch on your Union Bank account because they [-] take money out of your account and then not replace what they took out.

I used your ATM at approximately 3:30 pm At your branch on Centinela in West [-] [-]. Your ATM took [-] [-] deposit then printed out a Receipt that [-] malfunction. I went to [-] branch Monday morning and spoke to [-] manager who I [-] say it was extremely rude and kept saying it was [-] problem. I understand [-] was not directly responsible for [-] malfunction of [-] ATM, but his attitude was very demeaning. I didn’t need to be told continuously that it was not his problem it was [-] problem. Obviously [-] could check [-] ATM and with a small amount of [-] [-] could determined that there was excess money in [-] account of [-] ATM. I called corporate headquarters has [-] directed and filed for [-] missing money. I realize these things happen so [-] complaint is not so much that [-] ATM took [-] money which I’m hoping to get back. It’s more so with [-] branch managers attitude. [-] needs to learn some serious people skills. Hopefully this complaint becomes his problem. Thank you for your time.I [-] this now becomes his problem.
