Trustco Bank Shared [-] Personal Banking Activity with Strangers

It has been nothing but [-] today I went to [-] bank and a lady that’s [-] bank teller that was at [-] window yesterday Gave [-] a heart problem I have been with this [-] for three years. She told [-] that I was racist and that she didn’t want to [-] [-] check. wow I couldn't believe she [-] that [-]. they were very disrespectful towards [-]. I never been racist. I never called her out her name never . She keeps coming for [-]. It's always a problem with her. she basically hurt [-] whole heart. I thought this was supposed to be like a family bank. but they treat [-] so wrong wrong. I’m starting to think that she is racist. I filled out [-] that they lost and then they call [-] back and say I got them which is [-] marriage licenses, and now I got a call back saying that it was ripped up so unprofessional. hopefully headquarters help [-] out but I’m gonna [-] father into this until I get help.

Absolutely terrible and unprofessional with dealing with [-] mortgage. Sent all of [-] required documents for refinancing [-] mortgage. Had [-] property assessed, which met all of [-] requirements. Then never heard back from them. I then received [-] email stating that a decision was made about [-] refinancing, and that a representative would be calling [-] to [-] over [-] details. 10 days later I still had not heard from anyone. So I called them. They [-] [-] person who was handling [-] [-] quit their [-] and they are "trying to [-] damage control" with her clients cases. A day later [-] person I spoke with called [-] back and [-] they had no records of [-] [-] application, personal information, and all of [-] signed documents (which I have copies of), in their "pipeline", and that they have to look into this further. That was over a week ago and never heard back from a single person from this company. [-] forward to today. I call them back and a [-] representative [-] no one would be there until Wednesday, today is Monday, to speak with [-] about these matters. Two hours later I receive a denial letter in [-] email from them for income to debt ratio, when I am fully qualified. This company dropped [-] ball with dealing with [-] [-] from start to finish and couldn't get [-] deal that was promised to [-] family done. When we are fully qualified. Then didn't even contact us back at all. Which in [-] mean time rates have gone up so I missed out on refinancing at a lower rate with a company that can actually produce [-] products that they are trying to sell to [-] consumer. In essence costing [-] money while I wait for a representative to contact [-] to tell [-] they couldn't provide what their company had already [-] was assured to be approved. Bad [-], attorney [-] is being contacted as soon as I send this review. [-]'t waste your time and money with this [-].

not trustworthy

This is [-] worst Bank I have ever dealt with. Resolutions to issues are never handled in a timely manner, if at all. Outdated systems, poor customer service. Every time I called [-] home branch with a problem, I told [-] Branch Manager and they would tell [-] they are checking on [-] issue and call [-] back, never get phone calls back or [-] bank manager changes to another one. Can't wait to get out of this bank. Cancelling all [-] accounts once [-] mortgage gets paid by SEFCU, as we have refinanced to get out of there.

After being a very loyal customer with Trustco for 7 years since they quickly helped [-] get [-] mortgage I am leaving [-] bank. I am trying to refinance and [-] level of incompetence is uncalled for. I can not stay with a bank that has this level of incompetence

Bank is terrible and they seem to make profit off NSF from small businesses and they dont [-] they're best to help. Its like a scam
