Old National Bank

I have two comments: (1) When using [-] automated system to get [-] checking account balance, [-] system does not indicate any charges pending, which, of course, [-] reflect [-] "incorrect" balance. I have to guess which transactions are "pending" in order to correctly balance [-] register. It works, but it is really guessing. BENEFIT TO INCLUDING PENDING TRANSACTIONS ON [-] AUTOMATED SYSTEM: [-] reduce # of calls to customer service to get help with balance issues. (2) I visited [-] branch with [-] daughter some time ago and met with [-] associate about [-] issue. After we returned to [-] [-], [-] daughter was amazed at [-] casually everyone was dressed...not even [-] casual. I have to admit [-] extreme casualness is not very professional. I have dealt with several banks during [-] life and have never considered [-] dress for anyone I dealt with to be unprofessional. [-] current dress [-] does not promote confidence in [-] bank or its staff. [-] current dress [-] makes staff look like they're ready for a game or a visit to a friend's house. It is obvious [-] a change in dress [-] would benefit [-] bank. I [-] like Old [-] and [-] they continue to be present in [-] community. [-] people I have encountered during [-] visits have always been very pleasant and helpful. I would prefer to see more professional dress for [-] sake of [-] bank. I would suppose that some customers would be offput by [-] current very casual dress [-].

Your Chanhassen Manager is [-] worst bank employee I have encountered in [-] years I have been working personally and corporately with banks nationally.
