TERRIBLE 1 (one) [-] COMPANY, Someone uses [-] identity pulls a hard credit report, hits [-] credit report, reducing [-] point score and I can get NO HELP from Capital One. [-] hold times, hang up calls, difficult understand English speaking customer Service agents, absolutely no empathy or concern for customer.
[-] people at [-] bank on 6th st [-], Texas are very nice. Everyone was helpful. Very good bank and cafe. Like that concept.
I sent a legitimate govt check in. They didn't like it and froze [-] accounts.

I [-]'t know [-] you can make a payment on your credit card from your Capital One account have it deducted have it verified on [-] other side with [-] credit card side but money be placed on hold for 7 days from [-] same bank although [-] money has cleared [-] account it came from and has posted on [-] other account. When I complained [-] department [-] that was nothing they could [-] and that was no one I could talk to but that department and that [-] banking regulations and laws [-] that they could [-] it but they were not able to tell [-] which part which section [-] that they could [-] such a thing and that there was no one higher up I could complain to so I'm having to call [-] corporate office
They took [-] Targeted [-] [-] and [-] I was trying to say I was committing fraud, froze [-] account and took every [-] I had. and [-] they were returning it to [-] sba and never did.

I was fired for being honest about disconnecting a call. I had no prior warnings or wrote ups of any kind. I was told I would not lose [-] [-] over this yet...here I am. Had I not been forthcoming to [-] manager about [-] call [-] never would have known and I would still be employed.I was concerned about [-] customer/[-] relationship, that’s why I told [-] manager what happened.
[-] roommate who was also [-] coworker lied to his manager about calling a client, called out a bunch and got a .40 [-] hour raise. I believe Capital One is sexist. I was terminated 2 months after [-] incident. Capital One Trade Credit terminated [-] for having integrity.
I am appalled with capital one today.i have had [-] account over three times [-] account was closed each time so when I called to find out what [-] issue was they stated to [-] to [-] toy local courthouse to check for charges which it wasn't so when I later called back [-] supervisor stated to [-] well if you had any criminal charges and [-] well that's why they closed your account really??. I also have a [-] [-] through capital one with no issues I want to know what [-] reason is.. lol f I can't have a credit card with capital one [-] [-] shouldn't be financed through either
I'm extremely disappointed that no one [-] investigate if I'm eligible for a lower APR. [-] representative didn't get to know [-] or [-] situation when I asked about a possible lower APR and I quote [-] [-] it is systematic like I'm not a human being but just a number. I [-] be paying off this card and closing it because I know [-] financial and credit has changed for [-] better. This was extremely poor service.

C-One froze [-] card account w/o notice and before I could copy [-] account t numbers. In effect, they prevented [-] from making payments and then reported [-] delinquent running [-] credit rating
[-] lady was very rude and didn't comprehend what was stated to her. She completely ignored what I had to say and [-] up.

This bank is disputable. They won’t [-] there own checks. They lie and steal money out of your account. When you complain they close your account and try to [-] your money. [-] employee are uneducated and just plain stupid. Give them your money at your own risk.

Failure to provide [-] to a current account due to failure to provide verification [-] to a verified current default phone number. Failure to provide reasonable resolutions to these issues. Failure of Customer Service to provide [-] to [-] adequate supervisor.
Customer no service!! I sent [-] credit card payment thru [-] bank [-] pay. [-] bank verified and gave debit [-] number, capital one can't find it and can care less.
Called CapitalOne Customer Service, was on hold for 5 hours band 3 minutes and then [-] [-] disconnected
I've been a loyal customer for 10 years and a spend >$300,000. [-] card had a fraudulent charge [-] same week [-] Father died, and in [-] grief and burying him I did not catch it until later. When reported they confirmed it WAS FRAUD, but [-] I needed to pay $1125 in a fraudulent charge because "I didn't report it in 3 billing cycles". Really? What about [-] Venture card $) Fraud Liability? What about [-] Security Alert obligation they had to advise [-] about a suspicious charge? [-] biggest fail? Not standing behind their policy for a longstanding, loyal and large customer to cover their error and renege on their card terms and conditions obligations.

If I could give a negative number I would! This is terrible customer service contact. I have tried [-] different numbers, tried corporate headquarters and STILL can'tbe connected with a person, only [-] #$$#$%^ automated voice, which doesn't help! In one case I was connected with a health plan expert for over 65!!!! I now need to search for a BANK that [-] help [-] with [-] accounts and answer questions and NOT by [-] automated system which is not user friendly! I [-] tell people to avoid this one! This is [-] WORST!!!
I am extremely upset with [-] way i was treated by [-] representatives of [-] telephone customer service department ! I was trying to pay off [-] walmart rewards card (it was [-] and i hadnt gotten it in [-] [-] yet) . I didnt want to accrue interest on [-] $40 balance and was going to pay it online. [-] online system wouldnt let [-] set up [-] account without [-] 3 digit cvv number. [-] first rep [-] if I verified enough information with [-] fraud [-] they could bypass [-] cvv requirement. i verified everything and repeated [-] texted [-] she sent, but she [-] nope, didnt work. sorry. so i either had to give her [-] checking account number and routing number or get charged interest by waiting for [-] card to get to [-] and [-] to get back from [-] trip. So i either put [-] banking information at risk, or pay more money than i owe! I then asked if they could postpone interest for [-] additional 30 days to give [-] time to get back, get [-] card, and set up [-] online account. she [-] no. we dont [-] that. [-] way I see it (and as I have put on [-] complaint with [-] BBB ) is that you people are a scam. you make sure people dont pay [-] [-] until interest is added. that way you make millions more from your customers by giving them [-] impossible decision...at risk checking account or added interest. then they had [-] NERVE to call it [-] PREFERENCE!

Be careful! You can only [-] your online account if you have cell phone service, which means those folks who live in [-] mountains can and are excluded from online banking.
Capital One is a disgrace in resolving customer issues. They outsource their call centers to over seas and you cannot understand those people. Theyt [-] not back their customers when there is a dispute. [-] overseas outsource is a [-].

If I could give them a minus ten I would. They are [-] worst. I opened a secure account with them and when I decided to close [-] [-] they could not give [-] " [-] money " back for at least 2 months. Being with Capitol one for a week and it has been pure [-]. I made a deposit into [-] account from [-] teller and got 3 hold placed on [-] check one for being a [-] member! I've never had 3 hold placed on a check from a bank and when i called to clear [-] situation i was handled like a child and talked to very disrespectfully by [-] employee/ manager. [-] even tried to play mind games with [-] over [-] phone by trying telling [-] [-] amount of holds i'm reading on [-] receipt was false trying to give [-] impression that i cant read. After this clears up i'm never banking with capitol one again and i [-] plan on spreading [-] word on [-] poor customer service and lack of care you all have to customers. As a result of [-] 3 holds placed on [-] check i have accumulated a large amount of late fees and notices and still cant pay them because i wont have money for 7 days! I now hate capitol one this was one of [-] worst decisions i've made but i prey [-] lord gives [-] [-] strength [-] spread [-] [-] of [-] horrible [-] bank is.
Today I needed a copy of a bank statement from 2017 because I cannot find it in [-] records. I went to [-] branch because I no longer bank with Capital One. Once there I was informed by BOTH tellers that they can only [-] back to [-] of 2017. That i would have to call customer service. Please understand that I am in DFW Texas and I went to [-] Colleyville branch in [-] absolute DELUGE of record breaking rainfall. I spent [-] next 40 minutes being transferred from one department to another on your customer service [-] to try to get this statement faxed to [-]. And at 5 mins to 1pm was told that I needed to get that at [-] branch. When I explained to [-] (I think that was his name) what [-] branch had told [-] [-] called [-] branch. [-] very woman that had literally 1 hour earlier agreed with [-] gentleman teller helping [-] (sorry [-]'t know his name) that [-] branch can't [-] back further than [-] 2017 NOW has [-] [-] to tell [-] "oh I didn't realize that [-] wasn't in [-] "get more statements" function!!" ARE YOU EFFING KIDDING [-]????!!!!????? And since she can't stay, can't [-] [-] statement and leave it by [-] ATM, can't wait 15 EFFFINNNGGG minutes for [-] to get back to [-] branch IN [-] DELUGE AGAIN!!! [-] "best" she can [-] is have it for [-] at 9am on MONDAY!!! [-] level of incompetence I experienced today is by [-] worse than any of [-] incompetence I experienced that led [-] to close [-] account in [-] first place!!!
