[-] staff at this location are very friendly and courteous and are extremely knowledgeable of all questions and information I have ever inquired about concerning varied areas of operations and procedures. [-] time spent waiting for your own transactions to accomplish is very short as [-] staff and tellers are quick and yet efficient in taking care of your personal needs whether it's making a deposit, withdraw, or checking your balances in checking, savings, or multiple accounts.
[-] monthly service charges are reasonable and well worth [-] money.
[-] security regarding safe guarding your savings and especially checking accounts are top notch and first rate hands down. [-] systems in place to monitor unusual activity that is not of [-] [-] for you personally is second to none and [-] not authorize any transaction that is abnormal or not consistent with your normal purchases or other similiar activity. US Bank personally did not authorize several unusual requests from overseas businesses when it recognized [-] same companies billing [-] account two and three times in [-] same billing cycle when [-] account was being artempted to be double and triple charged for [-] same service over a few days period. Thus they alerted [-] via email and phone call and text to determine if [-] claims were legitimate or not. In [-] case they were not legitimate and [-] companies were attempting to double and triple charge for [-] same transactions within [-] same billing period. Upon further investigations by [-] bank, other similiar activity had been taking place and US Bank pointed out [-] errors occuring to [-] businesses and corrections were made and [-] overdrawn amounts were returned to [-] account promptly. This happened on numerous occasions and US Bank caught and forced [-] companies to refund [-] money back into [-] checking account. This was [-] outstanding [-] by this well established bank and those actions spoke volumes to [-] in regards to [-] integrity and policies of this fine exceptional well established financial institution.
I highly recommend this bank and it's affiliates to anyone searching for a honest and reputable bank.
[-] actual facility is easily accessible with plenty of parking, clean lot, very well maintained [-] inside and out and easy [-] to and from [-] major street its located on, and extremely clean inside environment staffed by friendly knowledgable workers in their respected departments.
