I'm not impressed with [-] services since Southern Bank took over. I opened [-] account with Capaha Bank nearly 20 years ago. Capaha offered great service. Now it's a branch of Southern Bank and since it changed over...
1. I can't use online banking. It keeps denying [-].
2. It has has limited [-] operating hours. God forbid you get a [-] check at 5pm on Friday. You get to hold that check til Monday.
3. If you have direct deposits that occur after [-] bank closes at 4, you get to wait for [-] bank to [-] again before it posts to your account. Paycheck direct deposits at midnight, bank is closed for a holiday, closed on Saturday and Sunday...I can't [-] [-] funds until Monday after [-] bank opens (later than all [-] other banks). [-] you shut computers down to save electricity? I [-]'t get this. I have a [-] account at a different local bank and [-] deposits are posted immediately, even if it is at 4am. Holding [-] money for 4 days... ridiculous!
4. Hate hate hate [-] call system to check [-] account. Sometimes it is like talking to someone with a traumatic brain injury. Press 1, wait 2 minutes for next command, enter account type, 2 minute wait, enter acct number...it is painful waiting for it to process that I pressed [-] number 1. Finally get through [-] process only to hear please wait...2 minutes later, please wait...again and again and again then... we're sorry we are having trouble accessing your account, try again later, goodbye and hangs up. Try again later... I [-]'t have 30 minutes of sanity left to waste on that process again. I could just drive there in 8 minutes and check [-] atm which is always either 5. Out of receipt [-] or 6. Out of money.
Get it together or I am closing [-] 20 year account. It is being ran like a one computer shop out of someone's shed. It should be [-] embarrassment to call it a [-].
