IF I COULD GIVE NO [-], I WOULD!
A Terrible place to bank. It's not just that they almost always only have 1 person working, even though there are others in [-] bank, employees and customers. [-] SUTFIN ([-] asst. mgr.) who was waiting on [-], accused [-] of being rude because "she didn't like [-] I set [-] insurance [-] on [-] counter'?? Huh?, So, I became a little rude and told her that when customers are waiting in [-], [-] shouldn't be gabbing with customers she knows about HER family issues. It's unprofessional...(Now, I'm being a little rude!). Then, [-] THORTON, her [-]-worker, starts getting involved and starts telling [-] to leave. Now, I hadn't sworn, raised [-] voice, threatened anyone... nothing...So I [-]...Just empty [-] accounts...I [-]'t want to [-] [-] here anymore because of [-] you two are treating [-]. It was bad! [-] THORTON [-] several times, "I [-]'t care" and "Doesn't matter to [-]." Then, THEY REFUSED TO GIVE [-] [-] MONEY. That is [-] same as Fifth Third telling [-] "They [-]'t care", and they wouldn't give [-] [-] funds. What?? They even threatened [-] cops on [-]. I had to drive 10 [-] out of [-] way to [-] nearest 5th 3rd, just to [-] [-] [-]. I drained alot out of [-] account there.
I've had 3 mortgages and have been a customer for over 31 years! This is [-] [-] THORTON AND [-] SUTFIN treated [-]...
But wait..
[-] Next day, I went back to [-] Grand Ledge 5th 3rd to drain [-] remainder of [-] funds, and I have ON CAMERA, [-] THORTON calling [-] a [-] several times, (immediately after I told Him I drained [-] accounts,) AND him throwing his hands up shouting "I [-]'T CARE" SEVERAL TIMES. Then... [-] gets up out of his chair, puffs himself up and approaches [-] in a threatening way. I backed up as I felt threatened.
After I left, I went back again to lodge a complaint, as it says to [-] legally... When [-] SUTFIN asked [-] if I had recorded her [-]-worker... I [-] "maybe". [-] SUTFIN immediately started screaming at [-] to "Delete that video immediately" while other customers were in [-] bank.. She lost it! Totally unprofessional. That is on [-] banks security cameras. She has no right to tell [-] to delete it. It has [-] THORTON immediately calling [-] a"[-]" and saying [-] DOESN'T CARE. I [-] Not until I turn it into corporate! She then continued with her madness and included [-] other employees to get involved...And called [-] cops! I did nothing illegal. I waved as I left. [-] video is getting where it needs to [-]. [-] SUTFIN never allowed [-] to file a complaint.
Update: [-] regional manager called [-] and guess what, Both [-] SUTFIN and [-] THORTON Both accused [-] of "being vulgar" and such... I told him... LOOK AT [-] VIDEO from [-] bank. They are Lying!! Lying!!!!! [-] entire time I was in there, I Never swore or threatened ANYONE. I didn't even raise [-] voice... Until as I was leaving when they Both (in smart [-] tones) [-] "Have a nice day." Neither were professional. Neither did their [-].
[-] called [-] vulgar? (LIE)... What's [-] first thing coming out of [-] THORTON'S mouth? I have [-] bank video to back up [-] claims! THIS is [-] video she so MADLY wanted [-] to delete
