I am very upset and i am going to take this to [-] top, I went to this location today @ 2:03PM i made a deposit into [-] TD ATM, no i am not a banker with TD bank [-] ever i used TD bank ATM machine, only to find out by [-] bank that i used [-] wrong ATM, i asked [-] employee there [-] to resolve [-] situation, first of all they are [-] rudest customer service folks i have ever encountered in [-] life. They did not help [-] one bit afetr given [-] [-] run around i call their customer service and was told that even thoe i am not a banker that they can run [-] ATM records and see [-] extra $$. I went back to [-] bank and spoke to a [-] Baez who advised [-] that she was [-] manager and that i should call [-] bank, i let her know that if i used [-] wrong ATM [-] bank wont be able to see any deposit and they cant help [-] because on their end its not showing any deposit. Then she told [-] that [-] ATM inside [-] bank is a third party ATM and they cant help [-]. [-] ATM machine clearly says TD bank, i asked for [-] information to contact [-] third party ATM she told [-] that she can't help [-], i asked for TD corporate office information she told [-] that they dont have a corporate office. I am beyond [-] of i am talking about a $500.00 deposit not a $20 deposit. During this time of covid19 we [-]'t have money to throw away, i lost [-] [-] and just received [-] first unemployment check in [-] [-] and decided to save [-] rest on [-] card. I need some answers from someone anyone [-] [-] i get [-] money back. These folks at this location is [-] worst OMG i am not going to stop until i get [-] money back. and all of [-] employees inside of this location was just laughing at [-] as if this is a funny situation not cool at all
