Be very careful when opening a CD greater than 12 months, I have 2 other Credit unions that charge 3 months interest when you close it earlier than [-] term.. Trustone charges 12 months, CSR stated you signed [-] paperwork, which is true but it was never disclosed during [-] opening of them. They never show you there screen stating this as well. I have reached out and have heard nothing back about this issue. I guess a 600K customer really means nothing to [-] organization.
Hour [-] wait times on phone, Horrible Customer Service and [-] Management. FIrefly was great. This is [-] worst banking experience sincc TCF in [-] 90's.
