[-] 1 [-] rating is only due to [-] fact that it won't let [-] choose [-] [-]. So I applied for a [-] through Keesler two days ago and was declined due to [-] [-] being too [-]. So I have a [-] signer call them and give them [-] info just to wait around [-] rest of [-] day yesterday waiting on a decision. Well here it is 2:00 [-] next day and when I call "Naiquirra or however you spell [-].6780's name, she informs [-] that she was planning on reaching out to [-] so she could [-] ahead and start [-] application. WTF? So now (since it's 2:00 Friday) I won't hear another decision until Monday....MAYBE !!
I have a personal and [-] account at Keesler as well [-] many of [-] family members. So not only is their online app a [-] and crashes repeatedly, their employees must not care for doing [-] with small businesses. If I [-]'t hear back from this bank until Monday, I [-] be closing all [-] accounts. Totally unacceptable.
