St. Louis Community Corporate Office

SLCCU must be one of [-] most poorly run banks in [-] St. [-] area. Poor service. Poor notification of changes that affect depositors, and lots more. But [-] most egregious is that when I tried to call [-] branch (#28), about [-] incorrect (fraudulent?) transaction, THERE WAS NO ONE THERE to check [-] bank's records. Never recommend this bank for any reason.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN CONTACT WITH [-] [-] DEPARTMENT TO PURCHASE BACK [-] VEHICLE AND THEY [-] NOT CALL, EMAIL OR FAX [-] BACK TO [-] CALLS, EMAILS AND FAXES I HAVE SENT FOR TWO WEEKS NOW. THEY REPOSSESSED [-] JEEP WHEN THEY KNEW I WAS HAVING POWERTRAIN ISSUES AND WAS BEHIND ON PAYMENTS BECAUSE OF MONEY I PAID TOWARDS SERVICES AND THEY WERE INFORMED I WOULD HAVE [-] JEEP PAID OFF IN FULL BY 11/20/2019 BUT THEY STILL REPOSSESSED [-] VEHICLE AND NOW THEY WON'T RETURN [-] CALLS OR GIVE [-] ANY STATEMENTS OR DOCUMENTS SHOWING WHAT WAS PAID OR WHAT IS OWED.
