Every time you have [-] issue, you have to call a [-] number…you are hold for obscene amounts of time. Today, I had to waste [-] lunch because I was on hold for 1 hour and 41 minutes because they decided to update their systems. This ain’t [-] first time. One time, I had a lost/stolen card. Again, I was on hold for over [-] hour!!! During CoVid, when other businesses and banks opened their lobbies, they kept theirs closed. [-] only way to talk to someone was through [-] 1800 number and never through a direct dial to [-] branch! I need a bank that has better customer service!!! [-]’t [-] here because you won’t get it. I tried to give them a [-] but [-] have blown it.
