I am having [-] worst experience ever with you all in [-] past couple of weeks, I am try to clear up a fraud on [-] account that PayPal has removed $500.00 dollars from [-] previous account as myself and [-] teller that helped [-] with this at [-] 9th Ave location was told by [-] fraud department to cancel [-] previous account and setup another account and that what we did as instructed now getting [-] funds into [-] [-] account has become a [-] hassle as nobody in [-] department knows [-] to get this done, so for now i [-] consider [-] $500.00 a loss until i hear back from someone with a resolution, this is [-] worst experience i have ever had with you all and there is nothing i can even if i call you guys and [-] only thing you all [-] is tell [-] that you [-] call and you never [-] and i have been [-] one to stay in touch with you all for obvious reasons that i want [-] $500.00 back but it looks like i [-] never see it and or get a call back from you all, i am very sad and unhappy that this is happening and that all is out of [-] control and you [-] are pretty much no help at all, FYI i have talked to 12 people about this and i have repeated myself 12 times trying o get this resolve as i [-] e late paying [-] HELOC because that is what that $500.00 was for as i have told many of you, so if you are wondering were [-] payment if for [-] HELOC for [-] month of November there it is but i [-] take it out of [-] current [-] to [-] myself current with you till you all can help [-] get [-] other funds back into [-] account.
This [-] be [-] last you [-] hear from till you all call [-] with a resolution.
