After a sit-down, face-to-face [-] with someone named Adolfo Arriaga (Member Experience Advisor) about a matter I needed help with, [-] assured [-] [-] would take care of it. I have now contacted him at least six times via phone (calls [-] to voice [-] and are not answered) and once by e-[-]. No response. [-] has copies of [-] sensitive legal documents in his possession, which I [-] now have to come and retrieve. [-] appears to have done nothing to address [-] issue I discussed with him. [-] lack of return calls is astounding. If [-] cannot complete [-] task, [-] least [-] can [-] is call [-] and let [-] know.I [-] be speaking to a manager at [-] Belleview location about his lack of follow-through. Unbelievable.
