Have banked here for many years. They are always very friendly and very helpful.
I personally [-] not like GenFed! I have a state issued check from [-] Lottery and they [-] telling [-] there is nothing they can [-] but with [-] bank [-] holds are removed within 10 minutes of calling! They have been telling [-] for 4 days overdraft was enabled on [-] account and now they told [-] it’s not. [-] manager at [-] location where I opened [-] bank tried to rush [-] off [-] phone when I inquired on why they can’t remove [-] hold! I [-] never [-] through GenFed again and I would advise you [-]’t either! [-] to [-] Bank!
[-] teller was great!..Unfortunately it's [-] branch manager that I had issue with. She brought her kid to work , she was not friendly, and put a 30 day hold on [-] check. Why 30 [-] days. I need [-] money but I'll tell you why she racial profiled [-]. Like I'm not suppose to have a check of that size. Then she got smart when I asked her why so [-] 10 days ok but 30...I cant wait for it to clear so I can [-] withdraw all of it out and close [-] account..that is not a bank I want to bank with. I'm very disappointed.
