I made a deposit at [-] Park Road Truliant branch using [-] ATM. [-] deposit receipt shorted [-] by $1,000. You can imagine [-] upset this was. I tried to get help while there but no one would even consider helping. I then placed a call and was on [-] phone for 25 minutes trying to convey what had occurred and [-] this would be resolved. I was told hopefully by [-] end of today or tomorrow. [-] lack of urgency for a customer in this situation tells [-] just [-] dedicated Truliant is to their customers.
