I'm trying to get someone from their corporate office, due to [-] lack of customer service there. For example, I've been on hold for nearly [-] hour n it continues to say that [-] que on hold is #27, it has not changed from that query in [-] whole hour I've been on hold!?! And this is a frequent problem with their customer service [-], until it comes time to close for [-] day then [-] call drops. Totally unacceptable‼️
