[-] worst customer service phone service 30 [-] on hold and still on hold. Been trying for 2 years to get [-] balance off credit report been paid off since 2018 now 2020 This bank didn’t fallow through with what they say.

I have been banking with you for over 9 yrs , I have bad credit , But [-] SSI Check is a direct deposit , I asked for a $1800.00 [-] to save [-] life and was told no , When you could have withdrawn your payment on [-] first of every month but " NO " Was this banks answer , I have P.T.S.D and at this time I could just end it all ! You Could have helped !
