God help you if you ever need help from First Bank. I had [-] identity stolen and a fraudulent credit card at First Bank. Working with [-]/LifeLock we contacted [-] bank and spoke to [-]. After given her all [-] information, she refused to look up if there was account [-] and close it. She refused to help us at all and told us to contact [-] police. All [-] other Financial Institutions help up. They closed [-] account and completed Fraud reports.
