[-] Bank branches have no idea about customer needs. All they [-] is give you [-] run around during this pandemic. They were not willing to help with [-] situation.
They just sat at their desks [-] shuffled [-] and looked at computers. There was about 10 people waiting to be seen.
I wired some money in Romania Europe on October 18, 2019, they did not arrived until this date Oct 30, 2019

I have on going problem and you [-] not give [-] any satisfaction I have rported you to [-] CFPB from [-] lawyer that you told [-] to get because you would not help [-] so I did and you refuse to answer his request for [-] information I need to proceed to try and get a 20,000 back from a scam
