Horrible bank horrible customer service . Avoid this bank

This is [-] worst bank that I have ever used. You people really need to read [-] reviews on this bank. I [-]’t know if [-] employees are taught to lie cheat and steal. You people need to be hit with a [-] [-] lawsuit and I’m just [-] one to [-] it. They build [-] over draft protection and then without notice jerk [-] rug out from underneath [-] customer. I’m 73 years old and what this bank is doing is financial elder abuse and that is a crime.Not one more cent is to be taken out of [-] account. I [-] find out today [-] Social Security feels about this. I wasn’t left enough money to live on. I have filed a complaint with [-] Tennessee Attorney [-] and next is [-] Oaklahoma attorney [-]. Any one that opens [-] account with this farce of a bank better get prepared to be treated like dirt and excess charges. One more warning, [-] not close this account until I can get [-] check moved because I’m itching for a lawsuit.

KC FROM FSNB HOLD DEPARTMENT IS A RACIST WHO LIKES TO STEREOTYPE BLK MEN WITH MONEY [-] THINKS THAT ALL WE [-] IS ILLEGAL ACTIVITY SHE SHOULD BE FIRED SHE IS ILLEGALLY HOLDING CUSTOMERS MONEY WHO ARE BLK BECAUSE SHE OBVIOUSLY HAS NO MONEY AND LIFE HERE IS [-] TRUE STORY ON WHY THIS IS TRUE PLEASE READ GET HER FIRED<br /><br /><br />It Seems that this bank is a very outdated bank or either they [-]’t teach their employees proper training! I have a [-] friend name [-] Hill well I 1st hand saw and individual name KC from [-] Hold Department purposely blocked his funds for no reason at all besides him being black! She couldn’t understand [-] this black [-] was able to deposit [-] sums of 19k in one week give or take! KC and Employee at FSNB is A RACIST AND IS HOLDING THAT [-] MONEY BECAUSE [-] IS BLACK! They called and verify his check! KC FROM HOLD [-] personaly called 5/3 bank where [-] [-] [-] check was good so they deposited it and [-] following day after she verified [-] check she calls back but this time she purposely [-] [-] wrong information which [-] 5/3 employee [-] well what You just gave [-] Ms KC isn’t valid so She blocks his acct to be spiteful then she has him [-] to his previous banking insinuation to get a letter saying that [-] funds was paid to FSNB and she instructed him to get that letter so [-] does [-] when [-] gives it to them (FSNB branch) she now ask for more info she wants to have 5/3 bank explain why [-] check not valid after 5/3 bank paid FSNB [-] money! Which<br />Made no sense nothing that KC FROM FSNB does makes any sense! Seems that when it comes to white customers she doesn’t this! It’s a very sad and rather troubling situation that FSNB is putting [-] Hill through! A CASHIER CHECK THAT WAS VERIFIED BY FSNB BANK! Why are they basically trying to steal or bully Mr. Hill! If ANY BANK CALLS AND VERIFIED A CHECK THEY DONT CALL BACK SEVERAL DAYS LATER AND TRY TO VERIFY [-] SAME CHECK [-] THEN TELLS [-] CUSTOMER THAT BECAUSE WE. ANT VERIFY [-] CHECK THAT WE ALREADY VERIFIED AND THAT 5:3 bank paid us so we [-] have to hold your money!!! That’s completely unacceptable by this individual!!!<br />KC FROM FSNB HOLD DEPARTMENT IS A RACIST IF YOU ASK [-] SHE HAS A VERY EVIL SOUL AND LIKES TO Discriminate on black men who have money<br />
