This is [-] most dishonest bank I've ever worked with. You pay off a [-] and they still take payments form your banking account even thought [-] [-] is paid off. For over 3 1/2 weeks [-] reimbursement check is still in [-] [-]. Their customer service depart can give a proper or honest answer to your issue. Asking to speak to some in authority in [-] bank all you receive is a complete run around. Going to [-] State Attorney [-] and three U..S. Government organizations was [-] help. I was forced to notify [-] police department of theft of [-] money. All of [-] government organizations [-] that this was [-] only route I had in getting [-] money back. So I have made [-] complaint to [-] police and [-] have to wait to see if I ever get [-] money. I would not recommend that any [-] [-] with BMO [-] bank.

branch in [-] [-] is [-] worse, never return phone call, nothing is a priority, moving [-] money

Worst banking experience ever. Have been unable to gain [-] to [-] online services and funds for over three months. Have been repeatedly locked out of online funds and services by [-] bank's fraud section. Error is on bank's side. They cannot correct and are also unwilling to closeout [-] accounts and send [-] over $30,000 I have on deposit with them.

Letters written in banking language which [-] customer [-] have difficulty understanding. Example letter on Relationship Packages.

BMO [-] is not putting money on loans where it belongs
Have been trying to get them to fix it for 3 weeks.
[-] not return phone calls, and their Management in [-] part of [-] area has no idea what they are doing.
Customer service is now [-] worst I have ever had in [-] 25 years of banking with them.
At this point, they have now screwed up a second [-]. [-] not contact back to cure [-] problem.

I'd like to have whistle blower status, i worked on [-] [-] BMO tower, thru SKC. We were told to ignore any and all codes.

Very bad customer service there is no live person to answer [-] phone. One branch says [-] mortgage [-] was declined 31 Ave

On Thursday there was [-] incident where [-] teller left [-] drive up window [-] causing [-] to collide with [-] window [-] vehicle sustained 2500 dollars in damages as a result. I have heard Nothing from [-] Branch manager [-] since last Thursday

Customer Service is HORRIBLE twice I have been treated like dirt...in person at a branch and over [-] phone BMO [-] need to [-] a sweep of who they have representing their company, I [-] take [-] money where [-] company value people for 1 dollar or 1 million dollars

Awful customer service they change their web site things drop off and now its up to [-] customer to fix info now!!!
