Your [-] digital banking experience is totally unappealing Why? Because now there is no way to [-] your account activity from day to day! We now can't find out until [-] 16th of next month if our check has been cashed! Daily knowledge of account activity is a necessity. We might as well have gone back in time to 1994! Get with it Mr. Bank President! You just disrespected everyone of your [-] time customers because you [-]'t feel we need to know daily status of our accounts. This is [-] account loser! Really!

I cannot say enough about [-] Spikener. Whether it was to [-] a checking account for [-] daughter, get documentation necessary to sign up for direct deposit for [-] children or even get documentation to show [-] own children reside at our address as proof of residency, [-] always helps [-]. She is polite, courteous, professional and efficient. She offers suggestions, helps to educate [-] kids on their accounts, and is always willing to lend a hand or explain anything every time I reach out to her. She is what true, [-] customer service is all about.

I cannot say enough about [-] professionalism of [-] staff, [-] efficiency they provide in helping [-] customer with their needs and their willingness to [-] above and beyond to serve [-] client. Every time [-] children or myself have used [-] bank, we have always had amazing service.
