Complaint: Auto Lease Account # XXXX During the first week of XX/XX/2023 I received a notice from First Bank dated XX/XX/2023 ( attached ) stating that the car I am leasing from them has been left without insurance coverage and that an insurance policy would be purchased by the Bank XXXX The notice also stated that if I was not interested in this insurance policy that I had to provide a double interest policy with the same terms and conditions as the previous one and a payment certification issued by the insurance company. The payment certification must show that the premium was paid in full. The information had to be provided within 30 days from the date the insurance policy becomes active. I called the Bank and was asked to provide all the information via email. I sent an email on XX/XX/2023 with all the requested information. I have sent XXXX additional emails requesting the policy information to be updated but instead I have received XXXX additional notices stating that the Bank purchased the insurance and that I would be charged {$5000.00} for this. The insurance policy 's renewal date was on XX/XX/2023. I made the payment to the insurance company on XX/XX/2023. The new insurance coverage started on XX/XX/2023 and I sent all of the information the Bank requested on XX/XX/2023, that is within the 30 days from the date the insurance policy became active. I have provided all the information requested in a timely fashion and still the Bank has failed to update the information and now is charging me for another insurance policy/

I paid down the principal down in XXXX and XXXX to 22 % by law PIm must be remove base on original appraised value. They are trying to make me pay fees. XXXXm only required to pay for a new appraised if i paid the amount to 20 %. the loan is now at 22 % equity. And they still have PMI include on my new payment.. This posted on the bank page in my account below What is Private Mortgage Insurance ( PMI )? Private mortgage insurance ( PMI ) is paid by borrowers when they take out a mortgage and pay a down payment of less than 20 %. The purpose of PMI is to insure the mortgage for the lender in the event the borrower defaults. Private mortgage insurance is typically paid as a portion of your monthly mortgage payment, in addition to your principal, interest, property tax, and homeowners insurance. To remove private mortgage insurance, you must have at least 20 % equity in the home. When you have paid down the mortgage balance to 80 % of the home 's original appraised value, you may ask the lender to cancel private mortgage insurance. When the balance drops to 78 %, the lender must cancel private mortgage insurance.

Mi experiencia [-] [-] servicios están desde hace mas [-] 13 años. Hasta unos meses atrás..todo iba bien, pero recientemente [-] estado lidiando [-] [-] situación [-] bloqueo [-] acceso [-] mi cuenta [-] tarjeta [-] crédito [-] Master Card. [-] tratado Mies [-] veces [-] qir resuelvan el problema sin [-]ún resultado. Aparte [-] que [-] supervisores [-] tratan [-] aparente cordialidad tipo robot, nadie parece saber lo q están haciendo y no tienen respuestas para solucionar el problema
Debido a [-] pereza, descuido, indiferencia y poco conocimiento [-] [-] derechos [-] cliente [-] tenido q decidir cerrar [-] cuenta [-] [-] tarjeta. El ú[-] remedio para mi situación según ellos [-] q viaje a Puerto [-] y vaya a [-] sucursal personalmente. Lástima q yo vivo en [-] y no voy a gastar [-] ero innecesariamente pata resolver algo q en [-] época [-] [-] tecnología tiene que haber otra alternativa. Cuando te puden [-] # si tardes dos segundos mas, [-] bestias te cuelgan el teléfono como si el cliente q paga [-] sueldo fuera mier**. No hay gerencia; no hay administración. Este banco pronto vá a ser compared por otro. Ahora tienen a Dantander y yo mr pregunto, como rayos [-] a poder [-] dos si [-] uno no pueden???
