I got [-] home [-] 21 years ago at First [-] Bank Quitman that is now BTH BANK. I have been a good customer and today I received a notice in [-] [-] a [-] Past Due Notice. I knew this was incorrect as I had made [-] payment at [-] Lindale branch and have [-] receipt and saw that [-] check had cleared. I called [-] Quitman branch and spoke to [-] and she [-], “it must have crossed in [-] [-]”. I [-], “no ma’am, I made [-] payment at [-] Lindale branch and [-] check had already cleared [-] account “. She [-] well it was posted incorrectly. She never offered [-] apology and obviously had no customer service skills. I asked for a letter stating that they had made [-] mistake just in case I needed it at a later time and she begrudgingly agreed. I [-]’t blame [-] person who incorrectly posted [-] check but I would have expected better customer service in clearing up this issue. I am very disappointed in BTH Bank.
