Your Bank has frozen [-] account since [-] 23rd 2020 and [-] not allow [-] to [-] much needed $4300. [-] reason being "Suspicious Activity" which is absolutely ridiculous since I am a small [-] owner who follows all laws and who has never been accused of anything like this before. I have sent you people all requested documents and all you [-] is say "it is not enough" yet I [-] not even know [-] name of [-] person to whom I am communicating with via email, nor [-] this person speak with [-] on [-] phone. Your bank has made [-] life [-] for [-] and [-] family. I [-] not know [-] you sleep at night or live with yourself. What you are doing to [-] is very cruel and mean. What if someone did this to your mother or sister or wife? All I can [-] is pray and ask God for his light to shine on evil people like yourselves. Well, I [-] never get [-] money back but at least I [-] not have to steal and cheat to make a living.

I have just drawn up paperwork to file a lawsuit with this company. This company has caused [-] mom to attempt suicide 3 different times. I am her only daughter. After she and I presented all proper paperwork they stole her money . Our family is headed out to Delaware now. We are actually packing [-] last of [-] bags in [-] Hummer. [-] Uncle who owns his businesses is stake out family upset . We have all her required documentation and we have bond money . This is theft by [-] owners who sit and laugh at us. Lol OK!

At one point in time I believe [-] [-] were a great Bank but now that I cannot get [-] money and I have not received [-] card in over 14 days [-] chime company is unwilling to help [-] you're no longer a good bank I [-] be baking somewhere [-]

They have suspended [-] chime account [-] to supspcios activity of unployment I've screen shot [-] unemployment claims. Money transaction and even [-] detramation of being approved social security bills driverlisences to verify where [-] unemployment of 10000 back pay and still nothing this is upsered

I’ve noticed that many people that have received unemployment [-] or another form of government funds have had their accounts closed or suspended. I have also become a victim of this. I received a notice that [-] account was suspended until I submitted sensitive documentation and [-] explanation of why unemployment funds were deposited into [-] account. It’s interesting that [-] department of revenue has not flagged any suspicious activity but yet Bancorp Bank took it upon themselves to freeze [-] funds. [-] dips it does not violate any terms or conditions of [-] company. I have reached out twice to customer service

I had money taken out of [-] cards while i was incarerated and have made several calls and attempts to get it back with no luck. Customer service flat out refuses to transfer [-] to someone that can help. Rep was rude and yelling at [-]. I [-] never trust [-] money to this company again. I rate this service at a 1. Only because they [-] answer [-] phones.
