I've been a Citizens customer for 8 years. I was in an accident on my job that left me disabled. In the last year my life has been devastated by 2 FEMA floods. MY HOME IS ON THE VERGE OF COLLAPSING INTO THE RIVER BELOW ME. I have not had heat or water since JULY OF 2023. IT IS BELOW ZERO AND I AM BURNING CARDBOARD TO KEEP FROM FREEZING TO DEATH. IN JANUARY I BEGAN THE PROCESS OF GETTING A HOME EQUITY LOAN. THE BANK CAME TO MY HOME AND WITNESSED THE HELL I AM BARELY SURVIVING. THEY CALLED ON THE PHONE TO TELL ME I WAS DENIED THE HOME EQUITY LOAN. I NEED A COPY OF THE REJECTION NOTICE SENT TO ME FOR LEGAL REASONS. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH SINCE I GOT THE REJECTION PHONE CALL. THEY SAID I WOULD GET THE REJECTION NOTICE WITHIN A WEEK. THESE GHOULS WON'T EVEN RESPOND TO EMAILS ASKING FOR A COMPUTER-GENERATED REJECTION NOTICE, A SIMPLE FORM LETTER THAT IN THE DAYS OF COMPUTERIZED TECH AND ROBOTS, SHOULD HAVE BEEN HERE A MONTH AGO. THESE MONSTERS ARE MAKING A DISABLED WOMAN BARELY SURVIVING THROUGH A DISASTER NIGHTMARE BABYSIT THEIR GROSS INCOMPETENCE. DO NOT GIVE THESE COLD-HEARTED BUFFOONS YOUR MONEY! FING DECENT HUMAN BEINGS WHO CARE ABOUT OTHER HUMAN BEINGS!
I wish I had read [-] reviews before opening [-] account. This is a [-] persons bank. [-] Fees are crazy. [-] of mind is not [-] at all. I [-] calculated and after covering [-] overdraft missed 63 cents and they took 179.00 in fees and more [-] next day. Now I [-] not have [-] full rent money. I think we need to [-] better. We have to have love , compassion, and empathy. People over policy. [-] personal banker was always nice and cheered [-] on when I made [-] accomplishments but never had [-] gumption to stick up to his superiors . What is right is right and wrong is wrong. At times I have to use overdarft and have to incur fees and I pay them because we are to give GOD what is GODs and Caeser what is Caeser's. This time [-] account was covered and they want to hang on to [-] money. I pray for kinder service for all others who have accounts there and who need a little breathing room. [-] you all have better experiences
WORST BANK EVER... THEY LEAVE YOU ON [-] PHONE UNTIL CLOSING THEN [-] [-] COME ON .... JUST [-] WORST. FRAUD GOING ON IN [-] ACCOUNT AND ALL THEY SAY IS I [-]'T KNOW [-] THIS IS HAPPENING.... AND THEY GIVE YOU ANOTHER DEBT CARD.. WELL [-] THIS IS [-] 7TH CARD IN 7 DAYS<br />
CC service: I have contacted your customer service for Credit card assistance. [-] average wait is over 90 minutes. Recently a card was lost and I reported it and requested expedited replacement. Today is [-] day [-] card was supposed to arrive. I contacted customer service. It [-] arrive in 7 to 10 [-] days. Simply put, that is not service. Because of competition you closed our local branch and [-] nearest is 27 [-] in one direction. After 30 plus years of [-] with your ever changing [-], it appears time to move to another bank.
What world Or more like what year is this Bank working in? Your going to send [-] a [-] check ? A [-] check in today's banking system ? You were able to electronically take [-] money from [-] account, But you somehow can't electronically put it back? You all know you owe it to [-] why should I have to Waite two weeks for you to send a check? and then 3 to 4 days in [-] snail [-] Like USPS has gotten any faster. Again If your can take it in 30sec.or less why can't you return it in 30sec ?
