I think [-] Id and photo was taken yesterday , while I was making a payment. Why [-] you allow personal cell phone while working with customers.<br />I made [-] payment several times to principal only, and it was applied wrong. Marked on your printed statement coupon and written payment coupon.

Branches are helpful but corporate is horrible. Got [-] up on by someone in corporate. I [-] be pulling all [-] money out of all [-] accounts and closing them out
Absolutely [-] worst experience trying to book a flight to Italy. 11 hours and 11 agents just today!!!! Problem is not resolved. Now you folks want [-] to call United with their wait time 2 hours!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! If I could give you a 0, I would not hesitate.BTW: I had multiple language difficulties comp[ounded by [-] roosters in [-] background!!!
